Join us at Beth El Temple for a joint celebration and learning event in honor of Shavuot, with our friends from Chisuk Emuna Congregation!
The theme of the event is “Torah Ora: Torah as a guiding light in challenging times.” Activities will include accessing the Torah through food and art (for adults and kids), “touring” the unrolled Torah scroll, various kinds of learning including a trope tutorial with Mandy Cheskis and beit-midrash style learning with Rabbi Capptauber and Rabbi Muroff, eating cheesecake, and Mincha and Maariv prayers.
