Our annual Purim Spiel was a special treat this year, since it was part of Beth El Temple’s 100th anniversary celebration!
A Centennial Purim Spiel for the Ages, written by Rabbi Ariana Capptauber and Maestro Stuart Malina and performed by members of Beth El Temple and Chisuk Emuna Congregation, featured a musical journey through the last 100 years. An audience of hundreds came to watch our talented cast tell the story of Purim through jazz, 80s rock, Taylor Swift, and everything in between.
